By booking a tour with Split Panorama Sightseeing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is issued.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure or for no-shows.

3. Tour Modifications

  • We reserve the right to change the itinerary, route, or schedule due to weather, traffic, or other operational reasons, without prior notice.

4. Entrance Fees

  • Entrance fees to heritage sites (e.g. Klis Fortress, Salona) are not included in the tour price and must be paid on-site by participants.

5. Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.
  • Children must be accompanied by adults. Infants (0–1) travel for free on the parent's lap.
  • Split Panorama Sightseeing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

6. Accessibility

  • Not all tours are wheelchair accessible. Please check accessibility details before booking.

7. Liability

  • While all safety measures are taken, Split Panorama Sightseeing is not liable for injuries, delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
